Shipping & Delivery Policy
At National Point Mobile Phones Trading L.L.C., we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how your orders will be processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Please note that delivery to PO Boxes, military zones, and certain free zones may not be possible unless special arrangements are made.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery (UAE): 1–3 business days.
Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only): Available for selected orders placed before 2:00 PM.
International Delivery (Optional): If applicable, estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather, or holidays.
3. Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery Fee (UAE): Calculated based on the customer’s location and distance from our office.
Additional Charges: May apply for remote areas, heavy products, or fragile items that require special handling.
4. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) on business days will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or Email notification with the tracking details.
You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via our courier partner.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery.
After multiple unsuccessful attempts, your order may be returned to our warehouse. Additional charges may apply if reshipping is required.
7. International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in their respective countries.
Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
