1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unused, in original condition.
    • In original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):
    • Used SIM cards
    • Screen protectors and tempered glass
    • Earphones and other hygiene-related products
    • Items marked as “Final Sale”

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact us via:
  • Returns can be arranged through:
    • Courier pick-up (charges may apply depending on the reason for return)
    • Drop-off at our retail shop in Dubai

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued either:
    • To the original payment method, or
    • As store credit for future purchases (based on customer preference).

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item received (different from what was ordered).
  • Defective or damaged product reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photo/video proof.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a wrong or defective item, we will bear the shipping cost.
  • For returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Special Conditions

  • Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • In the event of delayed or missing refunds, customers should contact our support team for prompt resolution.

Prices on our website are listed in AED and include 5% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
