Refund and Returns Policy

At National Point Mobile Phones Trading L.L.C., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.
- Returned items must be:
- Unused, in original condition.
- In original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):
- Used SIM cards
- Screen protectors and tempered glass
- Earphones and other hygiene-related products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, customers must contact us via:

- Returns can be arranged through:
- Courier pick-up (charges may apply depending on the reason for return)
- Drop-off at our retail shop in Dubai
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be issued either:
- To the original payment method, or
- As store credit for future purchases (based on customer preference).
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed in the following cases:
- Incorrect item received (different from what was ordered).
- Defective or damaged product reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photo/video proof.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a wrong or defective item, we will bear the shipping cost.
- For returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Special Conditions
- Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- In the event of delayed or missing refunds, customers should contact our support team for prompt resolution.
